Welcome to SLFitness. By accessing or using our website, enrolling in our courses, or utilizing any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SLFitness services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to participate. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Services Provided

SLFitness provides online fitness courses, programs, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information during registration and payment processes.
  • Use our services for lawful purposes only.
  • Refrain from sharing your account or login details with others.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and courses provided by SLFitness are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent from SLFitness.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

SLFitness services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim to provide accurate and effective programs, we do not guarantee specific results. Participation in any fitness program involves inherent risks, and SLFitness is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation.

It is your responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or concerns.

6. Payment and Pricing

All fees must be paid in full before accessing our courses or services. SLFitness reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any promotional pricing or discounts will only apply as specified in the promotion and cannot be retroactively applied.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

SLFitness does not offer refunds for any course, membership, or service fees once payment has been processed. This includes cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend the course.

2. Credit Policy

If you are unable to attend or complete a course, SLFitness offers credits that can be applied to future courses of equal or lesser value. These credits:
  • Must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • Are subject to course availability.
To request a credit transfer, you must notify SLFitness in writing at least 7 days before the course start date. Late notifications may result in forfeiture of your payment.
3. Cancellations by SLFitness

In the unlikely event that SLFitness cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be provided with the option to:
  • Transfer their enrollment to a rescheduled or alternative course, or
  • Receive a credit for the full amount paid, valid for 12 months.
No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

8. Termination of Services

SLFitness reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

11. Amendments to the Terms

SLFitness reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
